The evening live music at the pool was a delightful touch, creating a vibrant atmosphere that my family loved. The attentive staff surprised us with a birthday cake for my son, making his special day unforgettable.

The Imperial Suite was lavish, but the security staff made me uncomfortable.

One disappointment was the pool temperature, which felt colder than advertised, making it less inviting for families. Additionally, while the beach area offered plenty of sunbeds, seaweed cluttered the water, diminishing the swimming experience. For a five-star spot, I expected a bit more timely cleaning of the shoreline.

We stayed for a night and it was super fun! The breakfast at the restaurant was lovely, but a little pricey for dinner. Just wish the pool was bigger, but it was still a great time.

The spa services were an absolute treat. the staff were incredibly friendly, and the wifi connection was fast. don’t forget to check out the organic store for kid-friendly snacks!
